We value our local real estate brokers. That’s why we offer a selling broker referral program. Welcome your clients home to a Casa Park home in the Monte Christo community of their choice – learn more about Monte Christo Communities, our partner company. We remain committed to providing you and your clients with the best experience, and therefore we require referring brokers to accompany their clients on the client’s first visit to one of our homes for sale.

Accompany your client on their first visit to any of our communities or send an email to homes4sale@casaparkhomes.com with your client’s information and the community or home they are interested in. Should your client enter into a purchase agreement with Monte Christo Communities and Casa Park during the following 90-day period, you will be contacted to complete our Broker Referral Agreement.

The Referral Fee will be equal to the amount being offered at the time the Purchase and Sale Agreement is executed. Referring Broker Fee to be a percentage of base purchase price (prior to options or any extras) or as per MLS listing if property is listed on MLS.
